A hand stretched Dough Shoppe crust topped with a garlic cream sauce, thin sliced Angus sirloin, roasted peppers, onions and smoked mozzarella & cheddar cheese.

Salads:

Your choice of seasoned ground beef or Cajun grilled chicken served atop mixed greens with a cheddar-jack cheese blend, tomatoes, black olives, green onions and jalapeno in a crispy tortilla bowl.  Served with salsa and sour cream.

Hoisen BBQ Chop Salad $9.50
A charbroiled soy-marinated chicken breast glazed with a hoisen BBQ is served atop a bed of crisp romaine with avocado, green onion, black bean corn salsa, crunchy tomato tortilla wedges and a sweet buttermilk dressing.

Summer Caprese Salad $8.50
Fresh Burrata mozzarella, mesclun greens, strawberry, baby tomato, fresh cracked black pepper, olives, basil, red onion, grilled asparagus, a pinot grigio vinaigrette and griddled ciabatta.

Entrees:

Chairmen’s reserve premium pork is dry rubbed, grilled and topped with a cinnamon apple compote.  Served with corn on the cob and creamy griddled hash browns.

Hickory Grilled Sirloin $12.00
A 6 oz. marinated Angus cap steak garnished with a brule onion and Portobello fries.  Served with corn on the cob and creamy griddled hash browns.

Sandwiches:
Italian Roast Beef $9.00

Herb rubbed, slow roasted, thin sliced Angus sirloin served on toasted Focaccia with provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, roasted peppers, tomatoes, mayo and a red wine vinaigrette. Served with kettle chips.

Buttermilk Chicken $8.50
A marinated fresh chicken breast is lightly breaded and golden fried.  Topped with applewood smoked ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a toasted egg bun. Served with kettle chips.
